Payment & renewal policy
Monthly subscriptions paid via M-Pesa Till. Renewals due on or before expiry date.
Pay via M-Pesa Till Buy Goods 5544221. Send confirmation SMS to reception. Memberships expire 30 days from start date. A 3-day grace window applies before access is suspended.
Membership freeze policy
Freeze your membership for up to 14 days per cycle for travel or medical reasons.
Submit freeze request at reception or via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Maximum freeze 14 days per monthly cycle. Frozen days extend your expiry date by the same number of days.
Locker & valuables policy
Updated after recent locker incident. Lockers are day-use only. Bring your own padlock.
Lockers are not overnight storage. Any items left after closing will be moved to lost and found. PulseFit is not liable for unsecured belongings. Always use a personal padlock.
Class booking & cancellation
Book in advance. Cancel at least 2 hours before to free your spot.
Bookings open 7 days in advance. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) and no-shows count against your monthly fair-use limit. After 3 no-shows in a month, booking privileges are paused for 7 days.
